Communism claims to distribute their nation's wealth equally among the people, but in reality, the total wealth is so small that the individual gets paid much less than the poorest in capitalism. If humans were perfect, a Communist society work probably work; those in charge would not be greedy, and the workers would work diligently for the benefit of all. But nobody is perfect. In most Communist countries the rulers are very wealthy while everybody else is poor. There is not incentive to work, for there is no tangible reward for hard work. Everybody is paid the same amount, whether they are a CEO or a janitor. Corporations are run very inefficiently because it is difficult to find knowledgeable people to run them. In capitalism however, hard work is rewarded. It is true that the wealth is distributed unequally, but if you are not happy with what you are paid, you are free to find a different job that pays
