Guns are enjoyable, but unfortunately, they can be very dangerous when in the hands of bad people. According to the Bible, “But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.” - 2 Thessalonians 3:3 (Bible). There are dangerous men, and God will protect you against evil. Owning a gun is a right of the Second Amendment, Gun Control laws don't work, and guns are a vital part of our protection. The Second Amendment helps protect people's right to own a gun. Another good example is that “Gun ownership is an American tradition older than the country itself and is protected by the Second Amendment” (ProCon.org). Owning a gun is a tradition for Americans, just like a tradition in any other country, it is tough to change a tradition and many people will disagree with that. Although the US Constitution has some flaws. Owning a gun is a right under the Second Amendment. Gun control laws don't work. One piece of evidence that points to this is “Banning high-capacity magazines will not necessarily deter crime because even small gun magazines can be changed in seconds” (ProCon.org). Banning high-capacity magazines and smaller magazines is still very effective. Another example is “The main reason gun control doesn't work is because laws will not prevent criminals from obtaining guns or breaking laws” (ProCon.com).
