Different people are impacted by different things. Track was one activity that had a positive impact on me. Not only did it keep me healthy, but it gave me something to look forward to. This anticipation of track, was one thing that got me through our long UP winters.
Track also taught me more about who I am as a person. Last year I competed at the Regional track meet. It was one of the most competitive meets I think I’ve been in. It all came down to who competed the best
