Words can have a lot of power, especially when saying them directly to someone. It can cause so many reactions in someone and truly can either hurt them, make them peaceful, or even encourage them. Well, in the Civil Right’s Movement we see a lot of famous people highlighted that spoke words that truly changed lives and hit hard. On many occasions in the Civil Rights Movement, individuals protested and fought for what was just and right. They showed by their actions and words that they deserved equal rights and racial justice. Not only did they impact humankind, but they also showed by their actions and words that the thing they were fighting for was something that they have been longing for so long, but people would never listen to their plea.
