Workout Analysis

After evaluating myself using the balanced life wellness wheel, the area that I had the least amount of percentage landed on both social and physical.
I usually go to a workout session that takes place Monday-Thursday, I don’t usually go very often on Tuesdays nor Thursday because they interfere with my lab session. But I managed to go this week but only on Monday through Wednesday because our lab short. The workouts usually last about 40 minutes and they are extremely intense. The reason why I usually go do these workouts is because they help me forget or clear out my mind so I can study better, and they also help with stress. On Tuesday I stayed at the gym for a little while and did Zumba after our triple treat workout, which is a workout that take place before Zumba. Doing Zumba helps my brain learn and also relax. On Wednesday, I only did stayed for the one workout session because I was sore and I needed to get some things done.

This is a social group, where different girls around campus meets and discuss the different things about life. Everyone in the group is required to share their opinion on different topic that are presented and also come up with a solution on how to avoid certain things. This was my first time attending the meeting, and I really enjoyed the discussion and also meeting the other girls.
Another event that I attended on Monday last week was a volleyball game, I had the opportunity to meet new people and also watch the volleyball game. This wasn’t a school team but I went to support some of my friends that plays for fun. The game lasted about three hours and the team did very well but came up
