The Zodiac Killer is one of the most known yet unidentified serial killers in the later 1960s to the early 70s. The Zodiac Killer’s murders mostly took place in the northern California area and is accused of a number direct murders. The victims and murders took place in Benicia, Vallejo, Lake Berryessa, and San Francisco between December 1968 and October 1969.The name “Zodiac” was given when the murder sent letter to the Bay Area press that included four “cryptograms”. However, of the four, only one was solved. The Zodiac Killer was said to be high risk, and dangerous. Despite the thorough search and arrest for the killer, the case went cold.
