The hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and Saturdays’ from 10am to 3pm. They charge $35 per hour and 40 cent per mile traveled. All Packages are prepaid. IRYP does not send invoices. Their service is a "Pay As You Go" service. Funds for purchases must be provided up front. Reimbursement for expenses incurred on your behalf will always be expected at the time of errand completion. Additional fees apply for weekend and holiday work. A minimum of one hour is required for any service. They ask for a minimum of 24-hours for service requests and cancellations. An initial client consultation, for 30 minutes, is free. Retainer/Membership fees are non-refundable and are to be paid promptly, and unused time will not be carried over. Additional mileage charges of $0.4850/mile will apply to any job outside of a 15-mile radius, unless otherwise stated. Late fees, at 3% interest, will begin to accrue 7 days after service has been completed. A fee of $40 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.
