The story by Flannery O’Connor, “A Good Man is Hard to Find” is a story of good vs evil. It starts off with the grandmother, who is very opinionated, nosey, and controling, trying to convince her son to go to Tennessee on vacation, instead of Florida. She tells him that their are escaped convicts, called the Misfits, on their way to Florida, but her son does not change his mind. During the roadtrip, the grandmother attends to the rude and bratty grandchildren in the back seat while the parents sit quietly in the front seat.
