He reads for fun to have a story which builds his vocabulary. Lucas loves fictional pieces, he’s not a fan of nonfiction but he still loves learning. When he was little he went door to door asking people to ask him science questions. He was one of the 7 that got in a first and second grade combo. He’s always excited to do new things. On his ninth birthday, he got a philosophy book that he likes because it's interesting. Lucas isn't a nerd, he loves learning because he finds it exciting, he knows he loves learning and these words prove it. An equally important trait Lucas has is perseverance. When he’s reading a book he does not give up on it no matter how long it is. He always tries hard to get his work done but still does good on it. He’s on his second trait because of perseverance and will get onto his third because of perseverance When he goes to bed and can’t fall asleep he uses perseverance to fall asleep. He always has hope and uses perseverance to make that hope come true. He loves learning because there's a lot of perseverance in it. Once he used perseverance to make a list longer than he is of alliterations. He has passed the three times table test with only a day of practice. When
