I am making a life choice to stop being unhealthy and learn ways I can adapt to living a better and longer life with my family and friends. I often get un motivated or loss of energy, but with changing my diet will change my health. Using my short term personal goals, like meditation or exercising it helps increase my energy. Studying also has made my memory stronger, repetition and revising has improved my level of stress.
