Adolph Hitler was born and raised in the town of Braunau, an inn at a local Austria town on the 20th of April 1889 at that time Austria was still referred to as Austria-Hungary, and from when Hitler was young he had always aspired to be an artist. But between 1908 and 1913 Hitler had failed in his task to establish himself as a artist there, it was found that he had vastly underestimated the school that he had wanted to apply for that would help him set up his career as an artist. Hitler added on to the antisemitism of the time and then used the anti-Semitic ideas that were already in existence to further his ideas. The city had a large Jewish community just before the First World War (1914-1918), even though around two million of the population of the time were Jewish residents, Jews were openly discriminated
