The most interesting thing that caught my attention in the documentary was the problems that come with being overweight like diabetes and sleep apnea also high blood pressure and the worse is extreme body pains and lost movement to body parts sometimes. Also there was a startling statement from the documentary that I didn’t let slip pass and that was 18 plus percent of children in the u.s.a Is obese so that mean if 68% of American adults are obese and 18 plus percent of American children are either obese or overweight that gives you a percentage of almost 90% of American’s that’s overweight or obese so with that being said that means 90%will develop one of the symptoms of being obese high blood pressure elevated cholesterol or even type 2 diabetes.
