Psy 384: Interviewing Skills mostly focused on being able to effectively conduct interviews on a one on one basis. Finally, Psy 484: Field Work in Psychology provides hands-on experience through an internship which enhances sub goal 5.5, developing a meaningful professional direction after graduation. Overall, I believe I was able to hit all 5 APA goals for undergraduate psychology through a combination of diverse coursework and hands-on experiences. Each course has contributed to my growth and development as a psychology major, equipping me with the knowledge, skills, and ethical framework necessary to succeed in the field. Evaluation of Strengths and Weaknesses It’s reassuring to see the results of my efforts in my psychology classes are recognized as a significant process. While I’ve found a strong footing in understanding psychological concepts, I’ve encountered a notable obstacle in mastering psychology statistics, even though I had taken basic college
