What are the similarities between the Appalachian and Himalayas mountain ranges? To explain, some may say the Himalayas of India are the best mountain range, but others say the Appalachians of the U.S.A. Therefore, the two largest mountain ranges have a plethora of similarities of native people and physical features.

Furthermore, the Appalachian and Himalayas mountain ranges have very similar formations. Firstly, the mountain peaks of the Appalachian and Himalayas have outstanding heights of about 7,000 and 30,000 feet respectively. Secondly, both have the old age of 100 and 30 million years old on their ground.
