Apple Inc. was founded by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne in 1976. According to Apple’s 10-K company background, the company designs, manufactures, and markets mobile communication devices, PC, music players, and provides wide variety of related software, services, through its in-store, online and third party channel. Apple’s 2014 revenue was recorded at 182 billion ended in Sep. 27, the gross profit at 70 billion dollars, net income at 39 billion1. By just looking at the revenue, Apple’s performance show up-ward sloping curve, which reflects the outstanding net sales year over year. Currently, Apple’s stock price is listed as 108.86 on Nov 5, and NASDAQ forecasted earnings growth of Apple is expecting at 16.4% with a 5-year forecast average of 12.81%2.
