According to Emily Badger, author at Pacific Standard, “These trends in income distribution aren’t the only culprit. As college costs have gone up, the share paid by state governments has plummeted, further driving up the price of tuition that families pay.” Based on this makes me feel as if the states are slacking in our education. If they can not help as much in our education then they should at least limit how much they can charge us as tuition.
All at the same time you need to see how the states feel about this epidemic. Due to increasing debt and overspending, the government can't just fork out money to help pay for our college tuitions. This is where the problem erupts, what should happen about this? There are so many different solution that have been said, but one jumps out at me, why not regulate the price?
