Not only in Canada but in almost all of the western countries can we see the convention of giving tips to waiters and waitresses. Those people who offer services maintain that they can take the money from the customers as a matter of course. So do some citizens think so. However, this custom is, with no doubt, totally an inappropriate behavior which should definitely be banned since waiters do not really need tips and those tips, in some certain circumstances, can cause some serious problems.
