Immigration rights, regardless of whether it is proven that everyone is an immigrant or a citizen, it is stated that everyone is protected under Federal law as stated by the US Department of Justice. Even with the law, not everyone seems to abide by it, many people treat them differently depending on their own opinions and not basic human rights.
