When I went in today to observe that activity I saw the students do was an art class activity. I went to art class with the 3rd graders in the classroom where the teacher assigned them to draw an owl and then eventually make a final draft where they were able to paint it. The art teacher first drew a demo on the board of what she wanted the students own owl to look like. After she drew an example on the board it was the student’s turn. I helped the 3rd graders with giving them tips on how to start there drawing. A couple of them struggled but others needed more assistance on getting started. I think they all did a great job on creating their drawings of the owls. This activity relates to some of the chapter(s) and the topics in each that
