Athens and Sparta were the most powerful cities of ancient Greece, but just because they were powerful doesn't make them similar cities these two cities have a lot of similarities and many differences. If I had a time machine, and I could only choose between transmitting to the city of Athens or Sparta, I would undoubtedly choose Athens.
