INTRODUCTION

In an organisation today, it is made up with the mix of three groups of generation (Reynolds, Bush and Geist (2008)). Which is identify as the Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y. In which, the largest generation in the workforce mainly consists of Baby Boomer.

In this paper, we will discuss the characteristic of the various generation, on the common characteristics that they share and as today's’ HR manager, the challenges that they are facing with multigenerational individuals in the workforce.

CHARATERTISIC
