Evidences of the Book of Mormon
The Book of Mormon has been an ongoing debate, whether it's about the book itself or the knowledge it contains. Many try to attack its validity, explain why it is wrong, and try to convince others of the same thing, but through the study and research of many scholars and experiences I have been through, I know for myself its truthfulness and provide some example that have helped me to come to this conclusion.
Evidence: Writing of things unknown
The first example is the allegory of the olive tree-The prophet Zenos’s extraordinary parable of the Lord’s four visits to his vineyard-the world. From reading Jacob 5 we can see that Zenos had knowledge of the intense process of olive

If we assume he didn't do any rewrites or corrected anything that would be about 8.5 pages (of the current English edition) daily. Joseph’s wife Emma said that he “could neither write nor dictate a coherent and well worded letter, let alone dictate a book like the Book of Mormon.” She also stated that “the larger part of this labor was done [in] my presence and where I could see and know what was being done. … During no part of [the work of translation] did Joseph Smith have any [manuscripts] or book of any kind from which to read or dictate except the metallic plates which I knew he had.” “If,” she said, “he had had anything of the kind he could not have concealed it from me.” We know that even today people with lots of education would find this hard to do, so imagine someone with very little education pulling it off. With the time restraint put on how quickly it got done, it would be impossible for him to have done it on his own let alone for no reason. God had a part in carrying this out due to its importance and his work to …show more content…
A couple years ago, I decided I wanted to put it to the test and see if the Book of Mormon actually made a difference in my life. I had been reading at least one verse everyday, but then just decided to go a week without. There were no life shattering events that happened that week in my life except the way I felt throughout my day. I had noticed that through this week, I felt more down on myself, more stressed, and found myself getting angry quicker and for stupid reasons. Although I am not perfect at reading the Book of Mormon everyday, I strive to do what I can because I know of its truthfulness and the blessings I receive from doing so. It is easy to get caught up in everything we need to do and that seems like a priority in our lives while pushing the Book of Mormon further down our list, but I know that as we set aside to read even one verse we will feel and inner power and strength that will lead up throughout our day, let alone our whole life. So grateful for the Book of Mormon in my life and the knowledge that I have.
Conclusion
“People who choose to dismiss the Book of Mormon must ignore the mounting evidence for its authenticity. And while we will never “prove” the Book of Mormon true, the evidence strongly suggests that it is exactly what it claims to be—a book worthy of our deep
