In my review of the book I read “The Walk On”.”The Walk On” is a story about a young boy fighting the fears of a new school and a new football team. But that is not the only problems young Alex will face. He’s going to face the battle of the coaches son being the starter and having to fight to see the field. The coach knows that Alex’s talent is exceptional but he hides it sidelining him and not letting one else see his skill. He slowing finds his way into the school and meeting new people but on the football field he is shund and he’s not happy.
