Introduction: Have you ever heard of the majestic Burmese Python? The Burmese Python originates in Southeast Asia, however many people want expensive and exotic pets and therefore import them. The downside of owning an exotic pet without doing research often leads to the animal being sent back to the wild. Which isn't always the best for these animals or the environment? As of 2013, thousands of Burmese Pythons were released back into the wild by their irresponsible owners.
