The Burmese python is a very dangerous and powerful species of snake that is native to the grassy marshes of southwest Asia, that can grow to the length of 23 feet and weigh up to 200 pounds. They are also very skilled hunters with their unique tactics and skills. They hunt their prayers with their heat sensors along their jaws to see in the dark due to their poor eyesight. This shows the many unique abilities the python has when hunting for prey. To kill their prey, they bite it with their sharp teeth. If the animal tries to escape their grip, they will just sink their teeth further into their prey before squeezing it to death and eating it whole. This shows how skilled the Burmese python is when hunting for food as they give them a quick and painful death.

Since there are no natural predators, these snakes have been wiping out all animals of the Everglades, including opossums, raccoons, and bobcats and many bird species as well.
