Receiving a certificate in CPR
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is an emergency lifesaving procedure that is done when someone's breathing or heartbeat has stopped. It's a very important thing to know in case of emergencies during daily activities. Maybe someone around suddenly has a heart attack and by knowing CPR you can help.Anyone can easily get a certificate by taking a class to learn how to perform it the right way. The classes are easy and very helpful to understand the basic yet crucial steps to learn what to do before performing cpr and when starting to do CPR.
The classes can be taken online or by actually going to a classroom to get training. The instructors usually will talk about the reasons why CPR is important and in what cases you can use CPR. They will give you tips to always perform your best while doing it like using a watch to keep track of time, asking another bystander to help you or not giving up on a person if you don't think CPR is working. After all of that they will demonstrate what to do when you see a person hurt using a CPR mannequin.

Try avoiding getting too close to the person because you never know if they are pretending to be hurt just to hurt you instead. Your safety is always the most important thing.
