In this day and age, one must thoroughly prepare for the future in order to be successful. For my furture in particular, I need to answer four very important questions. What are my present career goals? What can I do over the next three months to further my progress towards my career goals? What should I be aware of in the future in order to complete my life goals? Lastly, what are my back up options if my main career goal falls short? In order to map my very own career path, I need to explore these questions to their fullest extent. For starters, I will answer what appears to be the most simple question. My current career goals are to be an Liscenced Educational Counselor at either an elemantary, high school, or collegiate level. Firstly, I will have to attend graudate school, at least for a Master's degree. As of right now, I'm looking at either attending the Delta State University Counseling program, or the University of North Alabama Counseling program. In order to enter one of these Master's programs, I must complete several requirements. I'll have to earn a Bachelor's degree in any major. I'm of course chossing to get my Bachelor's degree in Psychology, because I find it incredibly interesting, and I believe that it will aid me in my desired future career as an Educational Counselor. Also, I am aware that I will have to take certain exams in order to be acceppted into any of these graduate programs. The main exam I am aware of is the CAAP exam. I plan on taking this exam this summer as a Junior, so that I will have more attempts to complete this exam before graduating from my Bachelor's progam. In order to prepare for this exam, I will begin studying as much as I can months ahead of the time of the exam. As soon as I find out when I can take the exam, I will begin to prepare for it
