1. This year Paris fashion week was nothing too out of the ordinary, no unseen surprises however this season did show luxurious clothing. Buyers could not stop talking about the fabrics, the luxurious fabrics and feminine embellishments. Menswear was a major trend in Paris this fashion week, weather it be seen in blazers, pants or outerwear the menswear structure was very apparent. Knit sweater dresses and t-shirt jersey dresses were seen. In New York colors were as daring as Paris, burgundy mixed with oranges, greens and navy were the most seen colors. As far as fabrics New York very interesting rich textures were used. Innovative fabrics and ultrashine was seen on clothing while in Paris they focused a bit more on embellishing the fabrics.
