Serving twenty years in the United States Coast Guard I have tremendous respect for the leaders and peers that have matured me into a positive and dynamic leader. I strongly believe that the significant energy invested in me greatly benefits our organization and the members that I work with. Positive leaders in my past have taught me that effective communication up and down the chain of command is the machine that drives a knowledgeable and favorable workforce.
