Consumers: The basic link between the consumer and company is communication. This links has not been affective in entire case. Moreover when the consumers were affected negatively on health issue the company took a reactive attitude. The first step I would have taken is that I would have visited the ill and talked to them and their families about the issue. Further I would have taken them into confidence and helped them financially so that they would not have to knock the court door. Further, before government intervention all contaminated product would have been called off the selves. The media approach would have been more proactive. If the company was at fault and acceptance was needed and further action could have been guarantee including more investment in quality and development of the product. This would have taken care of consumer’s right to information.
Employee: A rework of the system to stray away bias had been done in 1992 but had no impact and employee sort the aid of law. If I were the CEO, I would have taken mitigation steps to see what had been planned is implemented too. If was not showing results I would have replanned again. A careful grapevine support would have helped to take steps. This would have fulfilled the element of having robust employee relations.
