When asked to take the assessment there were ten categories in which a numbered score would be provided for each. Eight of these ten categories included, developing integrity, maintenance of dignity, resilience, optimism, fear reduction, assertion, respect, empowerment, and congruent choice. For example, by allowing someone to take this test or an alternative, they may find that what they’re results are showing them is how they can obtain a better result. Once individuals understand themselves, their traits and behaviors, then there can be ways implemented to identify why and how to build that confidence in choice making. One way to build this tool is simply to practice it. By building scenarios and situations where the client has to think of ways to react and work through the problem, they have the potential to become more comfortable. When one obtains knowledge they will also grow in confidence and their choice making will result in new ways allows the client room to grow and achieve their goals.
By understanding this assessment and obtaining better knowledge about myself, I then have the ability to use that knowledge to provide resources, tools, tricks, and outlooks for others. People like to hear personal triumph and stories about success when it seemed impossible. People like to believe in hope, and sometimes through others experiences; individuals can find their own hope
