There I met the defense counsel’s assistant whom I spoke to about the case. She was very friendly. Four hours after, both attorneys made their closing statement. The Prosecutor statement was that the defendant did not call his uncle when he got arrested, and the story changed after the interrogation of where he originally got the gun because at first, he claimed that the gun belongs to his uncle, then after they police told him that if the gun belongs to his uncle then his uncle would be in trouble he changed it to that he took it from two guys that were fighting in his studio. The DA then further stated that in that case the story was fabricated. To clarify the defense then approached the jury and state that after the defendant made several attempts to call his uncle the cops didn’t allow him it, and that there was no motive to falsify. Whether or not Rodney is guilty of a crime is still unknown. The next trial appearance is January 29,
