On 12/30/2017 at approximately 0745 hours, Lt. Heysler #122 requested that I respond to Congress Motel at 4787 Congress Ave, regarding a death investigation. At approximately 0900 hours, I arrived on the scene and met with Det. Hansen #152. The perimeter of the property was secured, the weather was partly cloudy and approximately 70° F. The following is a summation of my briefing: The decedent Arcenio Flores Pintor was dropped off by his brother Jesus who paid for a room for him. Jesus told Arcenio he would pick him up at approximately 6:00 am to take him to work with him. The decedent was found lying down in the parking lot unresponsive. Arcenio had his cell phone and a pencil in his hand. Arcenio also had a black bag with his personal belongings laying next t JFK Memorial Hospital o him. Arcenio was staying in room # 13. Arcenio was transported to JFK Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead. Ofc. Ortega #172 has possession of the descendant cellular device and pencil. …show more content…
