Everyone misses at some point and I myself have missed too. It is depressing knowing you missed it and a little embarrassing but, as long as you practice you can only get better. When I miss all I think about is the moment and every little detail of what occurred in the moment. I shake it off and tell myself to remember not everyone is perfect. I am fortunate enough to be able to visit Oklahoma biannually. Once in April for turkey hunting and once in November for deer hunting. Traveling is an interest of mine and to be able to travel and hunt makes it ten times better. Hunting in the morning and visiting places in afternoons or once I'm tagged out. Traveling and hunting is an experience I'll treasure forever. I love and value hunting with my dad. His health deviates me because although he is only forty his health is declining. He has developed diverticulitis in the past few year and if not taken care of his colon could burst any minute of the day. Heart problems will play a major factor too. He doesn't take care of himself the way he should and his heart will get weaker. Aging will also affect hunting in several ways. His bones could become weak; too weak to climb ladders into a deer stand. Poor eyesight could come with age and this could affect his
