She lays there sleeping while the sun kisses her face through the bedroom window. He looks at her sleeping, wondering how he got so lucky, wondering what he would do without her, wondering if time could cease. All he wanted to do was to stare at her because she is just that beautiful. She is beautiful to him even if there is drool dripping down from the side of her mouth, even if her hair is all over the place, even if she insists she looks a mess. To him her imperfections are her perfections. So, he stays in bed watching her, caressing her, grabbing her. He does so because he wants more than anything in the world to take her presence in and grasp it in the hope of it never leaving. This is when he realizes he has fallen in love.

So what is love? Love according to Dictionary.com is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person, but it is what constitutes the actions of a person that construct this tender, passionate affection to a person. Love can be depicted in a plethora of ways. It is often displayed as moments of intimacy, whether it is on T.V or publicly; however, there are other ways, which are usually neglected from public view, that showcase a person’s love to another person.
