Dementia's process is to the treatment process of a patient with dementia. Memory loss, mood changes and confusion are some symptoms that help in realizing the patient's condition. Depending on the development stage, doctors can select the desired type of treatment. In addition, there are, in all parts of the world, about 24.3 million people who suffering dementia today.2 On the other hand, there are three stages of Dementia that can be categorized into the early stage, the middle stage and the last stage. Those stages can help the doctors or patient's families to diagnose the severity of the condition. Firstly, the early stage of dementia is not able to be diagnose. Memory loss is the symptoms that most people think is the start of dementia ,but this is not necessarily a symptom. In this stage, the patient seems to be natural, and behaves normally. The symptoms in this stage contain mood changes. For example, the patient in this stage is seems to be modest and hates public places. Furthermore, confusion, is another symptom of patients with early dementia. Signs of under thoughts are present at this stage. Treatment at this stage is more dependent on patients families rather than medications. But some drugs may used in order to control behavior problems such as antipsychotics. At this stage, memory loss is more noticeable and patients need some assistance to complete their daily activity. Also, loss of mobility, difficulty in communicating and weight loss are the symptoms at this stage. Incontinence, loss of bladder control, compulsions or anxiety are also changes that may occur.
