For many owners, the answer is never. Your cat's dental health is one of the most important areas that pet owners must give more attention to. Taking care of your cats dental health does not benefit just their teeth. Good dental health helps with digestion, preventing and even fighting disease. As with any pet, the best time to start caring for their health is the minute they arrive home. Many cats arrive to their new homes as kittens. He didn't ever like it much, but he tolerated it. The fact is most pet owners don't give enough attention to their cat's dental health. Domesticated cats generally do not have ways to clean their teeth as wild cats might. Also the food domestic cats eat doesn't exactly promote good dental health unless you buy specialized mixes. Most pets, cats included, still retain some of their "wild" characteristics. One of the most prominent behaviors is hiding disease or injury. Declining dental health is often indicative of other health problems. Feline leukemia is one such disease that starts to weaken the teeth. By knowing what your cats teeth normally look like, feel like, etc, you will be better prepared to detect any issues. Cats can also get gingivitis and gum disease. Again, knowing what is going on in your cat's mouth will help in the early detection of other diseases. Like humans, almost all adult cats have some form of tartar on their teeth. So finally today, after five days of my daughter asking, "Can we go today?", we packed up our two youngest and headed out to the theater. We opted to watch the 2D version, mainly because we have an 18 month little boy who can barely sit still let alone keep a pair of glasses on for an hour and a half. So, because of that we may have missed out on a lot of the 3D action of the film. But anyway, the kids were excited and so was I. So, without giving away too much of the story, I will tell you that I loved this movie. I am one who always enjoys the kids animated films as much as they do. The story was classic Toy Story, with all of the old characters and some really good new ones. The storyline was centered around Andy, the owner of the old toys, who is all grown up now and going off to college and the toys on an adventure to find a new home after he leaves. I thought the movie was absolutely fun. The new characters brought an added twist to the movie. I thought that the addition of the Ken doll was genius and he was one of the standouts. I must say though, the middle section of the movie could be a tad scary for smaller kids, but not overly so. And of course, Woody and Buzz end up saving the day. The film brought out just about every emotion. We laughed. We were scared. We cried. But overall we really enjoyed this movie as a family. Toy Story 3 was a definite
