I am applying for drum major because I want to be an important leader for the band. I also want to go into the music field after high school because I have such a passion for music. Experiencing every aspect of music available would help me succeed. It is also important to have strong leaders and I would show much pride if I was offered this position. I want to be drum major because I would be more actively involved with the music and success of the band. I am also willing to dedicate all the time needed for the band to prosper from me.
