4-How does the leading function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen company?
How really do these four functions contribute to organizational effectiveness? One is to find out in a way that is useful to their company or industry. I first want to describe how and, why we have these avenues with many objectives. As a functioning company we need our employees. They make our company what it is. We set functions for our workers to have, for example we set goals for the employees to complete. Also we give rewards out for good success of achievements. Management offers our companies alot of diverse, so the higher ups don’t have to oversee everything that goes on by themselves. As a whole we need to look at the whole picture of things in a company and how it works. The first thing I want to go over is the equity specificity: this gives your employees a since of self worth and reassures that they are doing a great job on the job they are doing. This is one way also to let the management know what their team is doing too. If a person is on a job, and doing well at it, the manager can report a fair report, with the company about the worker.
We also have to show acceptance among our worker to create a proper and great work place for the person to work in. I do to think that one performance should tie into the work place too. Over all if we give our employees trust and show them a great work place maybe we will have a great environment for them to work in and our company will thrive and do
