Going along with my short-term goals, the next goals I wish to complete are called intermediate goals. These are goals I plan to accomplish in about the next 5 years. First of all, one of my intermediate goals that I have for myself is to be more active. I could be more active by continuing to play tennis, by running, or going on hikes more often. Doing this, I could also achieve my goal of coaching tennis to little kids. Coaching tennis to little kids would be great because I could be using my time productively and I could earn some money. Also, another way to earn money would be to get a job at any store. This money could be used for college and my plans for the future. If I want to be able to get a job and coach tennis, I first have to make sure I’m getting good grades in high school, which would be my fourth intermediate goal. These are goals I propose to achieve in the next 10 years. To start off, my first goal after I graduate from high school would be to go to college and study cancer. I would like to study cancer because it is a very interesting disease. Also, I’ve known people in my family that have died because of a certain type of cancer. Eventually, I want to get a job as an oncology nurse or something else having to deal with cancer. I hope to find a job that I enjoy and continue it for the rest of my life. After I get settled in with a new job, I would like to get married and have a family. At the same time I want to stay near my parents and always be there for them when they need help. One of my last goals would be to travel. I really love traveling so I hope to have this opportunity and share it with my family.
