I will never forget this day on June 07, 2014, I was faced with a difficult decision regarding an ethical quandary. I was working in the 3-4-year-old children’s room alongside the lead teacher Mrs. Swansboro. Every morning Mrs. Swansboro greets the parents and the students as they walk through the door, but as soon as the parents leave her whole demeanor changes.
