Becoming a family nurse practitioner has been my lifelong goal. Caregiving has been a natural part of my life from a young age. Being the oldest of three children and a Father of four has taught me the art of caring, patience, love, faith, and healing. Starting my career as hospital corpsman in the Navy instilled in the drive and will to further advance my education. I worked as a radiology assistant, while becoming a registered nurse, and onto my BSN degree have given me advanced perspectives and knowledge throughout all aspects of my nursing career. It would be a privilege to be afforded the opportunity to attend The University of South Alabama to further my nursing career and continue to serve the people of my community. The University
