First primary source is “Letter to the President”. The letter was written by American Jewish Committee to U.S president. Basically the source is U.S Department verses Secretary Department. According to primary source “Secretary Morgenthau says that President (FDR) was deeply disturbed about the failure of the State Department to take any effective action in order to save the Jews in Europe”, the sentence by it self shows the D. Wyman support because he is the one who keep saying that FDR did do anything about Holocaust.
