I feel that Mutiya is a strong group member who is willing to put in the time and work needed to complete a group project. I feel that Andrei seemed strong at the onset of the assignment but quickly withered into the foregrounds only providing minimum participation. I feel that Agnieszka is not a dedicated team member, does not communicate effectively, and cannot be counted on to meet deadlines. In addition, I feel that Agnieszka was not mindful of other team members time and work submitted. Ibrahim Al Shuwaier posted a comment on the discussion after we had already submitted the paper but did not participate otherwise. Shamus Shoaf did not participate in the discussions or paper.

In addition, some group members met or exceeded their initial submission deadline while others did not meet their deadline or provide timely updates. To allow time for feedback and revisions I posted my section 5 days before the submission and Mutiya posted the very next day. The following day Mutiya created a google doc which was to allow for easier group collaboration. Mutiya and I both began working on the google doc right away. Andrei posted their contribution on the google doc on Saturday, however, both paragraphs were 1 sentence short of the minimum. Andrei had their revised and final submission posted Sunday evening, but I do not recall them providing any suggestions or feedback on other group submissions. It seemed Andrei attempted to take initiative to lead the team initially but did not follow through and did not participating in any editing. Agnieszka initially stated they would have their section posted by Thursday afternoon. Agnieszka did not post until Sunday evening, after numerous indirect and direct update request from group members. By mid-Sunday morning Agnieszka accessed the google doc and began heavily
