Introduction
In this essay I will be discuss how my knowledge of the halo and the horn effect will help me form good relationships with colleagues in the work place. Under the first point I will go into depth about the halo effect. The second point will cover the horn effect and the third point will look at how they will work together to help me form good, strong and effective relationships in the workplace with my colleagues.
Halo effect
The halo effect refers to a bias whereby the perception of a positive trait in a person or product positively influences further judgments about traits of that person or product by the same manufacturer (skepdic.com, 2014).
