Do you hate sports? I do. Many people end up hating sports after experiences in grade school. In most schools, students have to participate in “friendly” competitive sports to pass gym, along with noncompetitive exercise such as cardio and weightlifting. Competitive sports should be optional rather than mandatory in school, while noncompetitive exercises remain required. They are often associated with arrogant winners and sore losers.
