So we should prevents these silent killer by doing exercises at least 2 times a week if we are to busy try to do some exercise at work place by using stairs and do some stretching and try to walks around the office if have leisure times. Thus we know that exercise can reduce risk of getting illness such as heart diseases, stroke, type 2 diabetes, and cancer, exercises also help lower risk of death early. Physical activity can help boost self –esteem, mood, sleep quality and give energy to body. Besides that, exercise also help prevent stress, depression, dementia, and Alzheimer disease. We should at least go for exercise 2 times a week these is to maintain and strengthen our bones and muscle. For instant, we can do exercise such as walk or jog these help your heart rate up which help reduce hypertension and obesity.
