I will define my organization has a hedgehog. I see it as an organization focusing through the lens to serve the children in the childcare.
What makeup the circle for the hedgehog for the organization is to one having a passionate to serve the children in the childcare. It is a pleasure to wake up knowing that you will be helping someone to be successful. This is my economic engine to get up and push on to be helpful to others with gives me a peace of mind that I have been able to pour into someone else life.

It is every stakeholders to help the students achieve the vision at Gigi’s clubhouse. The goal is for every student to be a graduate from the childcare and go on to be successful in their academics.
The passion that I have for the organization is to see children come and learn. I enjoy watching a child learn. Watching how they learn how to crawl, walk, talk and etc. It a joy to me see them reach their child developmental skills.
I will like to let the audience to know let’s find out if we are foxes or hedgehogs. Once we have defined what we are then can forward. Of course for those who don’t know a hedgehog is a person who is seeing things from a lens of a single vision.
