The group promoted German nationalism and anti-semitism, while also expressing their discontent with the results of the Treaty of Versaille. Hitler was the leader and dictator of the Nazi Party. He used his charm and charisma to attract new members to his party. Hitler’s goal was to create a “master race” in order to promote the glory of his nation, which led to the mass death of groups that did not fit the German characteristics. The life of millions of Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals and disabled people was taken at this time due to the strict social agenda. When taken to the camps, a majority of women were killed immediately due to their inability to perform strenuous work.
The German economy was struggling at the time of Hitler’s coming to power. The Nazi party used propaganda tactics and extensive planning to reconstruct the economy, some call this the “Economic Miracle”. The Nazis created a set of laws that prohibited Jews from the workforce, which then opened up job opportunities for others. Hitler also ordered for women to remain working in the home, making for a decrease in the unemployment rate. The introductions of compulsory military service for young men were also put in place to ensure a strong future which aided the
