Hospice Care is a program put in place to care for patients in their last stage of life. A person should consider Hospice Care when they have been given 6 months or less to live. Hospice Care is unique because rather than a patient having to accommodate their life to getting the help and care that they need, caretakers with Hospice adjust to the lifestyle of the patient so that they can feel at home and continue their daily routine during their last stages of life. Hospice Care provides trained professionals, along with volunteers to create a unique experience that will make the last months of someone’s life the best, and most comfortable that it can be.
